The International Youth Foundation (IYF), through its affiliate The Education and Employment Alliance (EEA) has launched a new kind of initiative spearheaded by USAID/ANE and IYF to bring together active and sustainable alliances that address education and employment challenges among the region's young people.

TenPearls created a self-service web-based collaboration system where EEA’s partners belonging to the respective countries can share information and collaborate more effectively. TenPearls campaign management module allows EEA to compose interactions and manage their mailing lists through one interface.

TenPearls was also engaged to help launch EEA’s online presence for 6 different countries. Work performed includes:

Full design and development of six (6) country portals supporting multiple languages

Creation of intranet environment for collaboration and document sharing

Creation of campaign management application -Technical configuration and maintenance of the hosting
environment

Design and development of the database
