TenPearls Human Resources Management (HRM) System is a robust, out of the box application for managing HR functions such as recruitment, selection and Hiring. Built upon the open source platform of Orange HRM, TenPearls HRM has added features, such as online testing, customized employee leave management rules as well as automated alerts for HR personnel.

The application automates the daily administrative tasks related to recruiting, interviewing, testing, hiring, and employee management; and creates a paper-less environment. This allows the organization to focus on its core business functions and manage HR with minimal resources.

The TenPearls HRM has specific modules for Recruitment, Personal Information Management, Leave Management, Reporting, and System Administration. Each of these modules are controlled and restricted based on roles and the user management rules.  Every user has an individual login for customizing and updating their specific profiles and workspace. The application provides both predefined and custom reports through a dashboard.
